Sorry to hear about your access issues! Does the error you get look like this:
If so, this is a known (but very frustrating) issue that some people experience when using Firefox to hit our Ebsco databases--both on- and off-campus.
We are working with Ebsco and our Library Systems company (Innovative)--the company that creates our proxy server for authentication--to try to get this resolved as soon as possible.
In the meantime, this problem does appear to be Firefox-specific. Those having issues who try to reach the databases using a different browser (like Internet Explorer or Safari) have all been able to access te files. So try this workaround. If it doesn't work, please let us know by sending us lots of details about where, what and how you were trying to get to Ebsco. And especially, let us know which version of which browser you are using.
