EBSCO ErrorEBSCO recommends you clear your browser's cookies, site data, and cache (usually found in the Privacy/Security area of your settings). Then quit your browser completely and log back in through the library website. This generally works to resolve the problem.

If it doesn't, you may need to retrace your steps to get back to the search results or article page. If you can, take a screenshot or make a note of your search strategy and/or the article information, then try a different browser or reopen your current browser and go back to the database and article.

If that still doesn't resolve your error, email us and include information about what you were doing, in what database, in what browser, etc. so we can try to replicate the error and report it to EBSCO.
