First, welcome to the Suffolk community! All that any current student, faculty or paid staff-member of the University needs to do for off-campus access is click on a database link and then put in their Suffolk username and password to be authenticated as a Library user and be transferred into databases.

Is the problem that you tried this and didn't get in? Are you on the payroll and do you have a Suffolk picture ID card?  If you are a current paid employee but don't yet have an ID, that would be the first thing to do.  When you have a Suffolk ID with an ID number, bring it down to the Circulation Desk next to the Library entrance.  Ask to be put in the system.  The ID card is made by the Police at the upper lobby of the Sawyer Building.

Once you are entered into our system, you should be able to use any database off-campus.
