If a proxy error appears after entering your Suffolk username and email password, but before entering the database, try the following solutions:
Refreshing the page
Clear the browser's cookies and cache
Try a different browser on your computer. E.g. if the error appears in Firefox, try to access the database from Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Safari.
If refreshing the page or clearing the browser cache does not resolve the problem, but changing browsers does, please report the issue to sawlib@suffolk.edu.
