When you click an "Article PDF" link in JSTOR, a pop-up window opens. The window asks if you'll accept JSTOR's Terms and Conditions. When you click "Accept terms and conditions," you are re-directed to the article PDF you originally chose.
If you click on "Article PDF" and you DO NOT see a pop-up window concerning JSTOR's Terms and Conditions: try turning off the pop-up blocker within your internet browser.
For example, in Mozilla Firefox, go to the menu at the top of the browser window; click Tools -> choose Options -> click Content, and un-click Pop-up Blocker.
In Internet Explorer, hit the gear-shaped icon in the upper-right corner of the window -> click Internet Options -> hit the Privacy tab, and disable Pop-up Blocker.
