Yes, our library copy machines are also scanners. Scanned documents are saved as PDF files and can be either emailed or saved to a USB Drive. Scanning is free.

How to Scan Documents on a Sawyer Copier/Scanner:

For single documents, lift lid and place document face down on the glass. For multiple pages, place text-upwards in Document Feeder (top of machine).

From the Home screen, select Scan and Send.

Choose New Destination, then select E-Mail. E-Mail will send the PDF to any email address.

Type in the email address to send the document to, then select OK. If it is correct, select OK again.

Press Start to begin scanning.

Once you have finished scanning, select Start Sending. The PDF will then be emailed or saved to inserted USB drive.

Do not forget to take your original documents!
