We are working with our Library Systems companies to try to get this resolved.
In the meantime, this problem does appear to be Firefox specific. Try a different browser (like Chrome or Safari), since other users have been able to access the databases on those browsers.
If it still doesn't work, please let us know by emailing us details about how you were trying to get to EBSCO. Especially, let us know which version of which browser you are using when you run into the error.
