It is probably the dreaded HttpHandler error, which looks like this:

In this situation (which crops up from time to time in EBSCOhost databases), the issue usually relates to cookies conflict in the browser.  Try clearing the cookies (usually in the Tools area) of your browser.  This generally works to resolve the problem.

If it doesn't, make a note of your search strategy and/or the article information so you can get back to it and try a different browser or reboot your machine and go back to the database and article.

If that STILL doesn't work, let us know what you were doing, in what database, in what browser, etc. so we can try to replicate the error and report it to Ebsco.

We are working with Ebsco and our Library Systems company to try to resolve this quirky error.  Sorry for any frustration!
