Q. I need help with accessing databases from off campus, who do I ask?

Please include the following information in your email:

• The exact URL of the error page from the top of the browser
• The exact text of the error message
• What operating system your computer runs
• Which web browser and version you are using
• Your ISP (internet service provider)
• Please confirm that you are not in a firewalled work environment somewhere.
