When you click "Download PDF" link in JSTOR, a pop-up window opens. The window asks if you'll accept JSTOR's Terms and Conditions. When you click "Accept terms and conditions," you are re-directed to the article PDF you originally chose.
If you click on "Download PDF" and you DO NOT see a pop-up window concerning JSTOR's Terms and Conditions, try turning off the pop-up blocker within your internet browser.
