Q. I submitted my print jobs, but when I go to release them, only the most recent job is there.

There are two things that have been suggested to us.

1. It takes approximately five seconds for a new user to be added to the PaperCut database.  So, wait at least that long before submitting a second print job.
2. Make sure between jobs to click the confirmation box that pops up.  This will ensure that a job is sent to the queue.
