Sometimes, the Sawyer Library's research stations will default to a different printer than the one closest to them. Re-open the print menu and check which printer your computer is defaulting to. If you are in the middle, it should be LibraryRes02, nearest the Reference Desk is LibraryRes03, and nearest the Circulation Desk is LibraryRes01.
If the job is defaulting to the correct printer, make sure that you have clicked all of the prompts agreeing to the job and its cost.
