Usually, this is caused by being logged onto the SU_Guest wifi network instead of the SU_StudentWPA2 network.  Try to switch networks.

If you cannot log into the SU_StudentWPA2 network, we recommend taking your computer to the Help Desk. Contact the Help Desk via their email at helpdesk@suffolk.edu or call 617-557-2000.

In the meantime, if you check an ethernet cable out from the Circulation Desk, you can access our network by plugging into one of the data jacks located on the walls, and in the tables.  Doing so will permit you to complete the installation process for PaperCut and the library's printers.
